Staff

Our director and staff are thouroughly expierenced and quailfied to guide your child with understanding and patience. They

attend in-service training workshops and participate in their own regular staff meetings. Basic pre-requistes for hiring, aside                                            from professional education and expierence, are that the teachers must be professing Christians and have a general love                                                 and concern for young children. The majority of our teachers have Bachelor Degrees and all exceed the minimum number of                                                 units in early childhood education required by the State of California.
