Text Box: Listed below are the necessary steps and forms needed to complete the Preschool student enrollment for the year. Please bring all forms completed to your parent conference.

 

 

 

STEP 1 ~ Please download, read and sign all forms. It is very important to read each of the listed forms. Prior to attending school the State Law requires each to have a physical exam, and up- to-date immunizations.

 

STEP 2 ~ Bring all forms to your parent conference. The Enrollment package must be completed before the first day of attendance.
